When you want to quickly convey your message to a large audience, nothing connects quite like video. And nothing can bring a video to life as well as a good story! Even though the script for this explainer video wasn't a classic "Meet Jim" type of story, the visuals told the story of a couple enjoying one of Highland Home's smart homes. By seeing their story, the audience is able to imagine how they might use features like a smart thermostat or smart doorbell to improve their lives. This is a good example of how story, even when it's not explicit in the narration, can take the audience on a journey.
